Once lease is signed you will be assigned a dedicated property manager for your property who will carry out the onboarding process for the tenants and yourself.

We advertise your property on various platforms, conduct background and credit checks, and verify employment and rental history. We ensure that the tenant is a good fit for your property and has a history of paying rent on time.
We inspect your property on a regular basis, typically every three to six months. We also conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure that the property is in good condition.
